Associate of Science in Secondary Education
This two-year program is designed to help students gain acceptance into teacher preparation programs at four year institutions. Students should choose a program (such as history, English, etc.) which will prepare them to transfer into their major program of study at a senior institution. All licensure, college of education, and content area requirements must be met at the senior institution. The content area is the major and secondary education is the minor. Therefore, students should consult the senior institution for specific program requirements.
