Accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs, the division offers degrees and courses in the following academic disciplines: accounting, business, culinary arts, economics, law, management, hotel and restaurant management, marketing, office administration and real estate. Our faculty and staff have strong educational backgrounds and have had a variety of business experiences. Department of Hospitality Business
The Walters State Hospitality Business Department prepares graduates for management positions in one of the world's most dynamic and fastest growing employment fields: hospitality and tourism.
Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management
The Hospitality Department offers Associate of Applied Science degrees in Management with concentrations in culinary arts and hotel and restaurant management. A Technical Certificate in Culinary Arts is also offered.
