User Services mission is to provide the technology-related support necessary for fulfilling this institutional commitment to information delivery. This encompasses the use of information in the forms of data, audio, and video.
The Helpdesk is a service staffed by Computer Services Personnel along with students from the college. We assist Walters State students, faculty, and staff with computer problems on a phone-in, walk-in, or electronic mail basis. If you have a computer question, you can either call or stop by the Help Desk each weekday during our normal hours. In most cases, the Help Desk will be able to answer your question. Sometimes, however, we may have to refer your call to a specialist or research your question and then call you back.
