Deadline for Short Film Festival Now April 15
April 9, 2013

Students still have time to enter short films in the Division of Humanities’ Third Annual Cliffy Awards. Awards will be announced at a special showing April 17 at  6 p.m. in the Conner-Short Building on the Sevier County Campus.

The award is named in honor of Dr. Larry Clifton, associate professor of speech. Clifton has studied film at New York University and served as a consultant on many projects. Every year, Clifton teaches a popular film appreciation course.

Entries should be submitted on a DVD. Place your DVD in an envelope and send it via campus mail to Larry Clifton, HUM-115B, Speech Communications, Morristown campus. Entries must be less than five minutes and should tell a comprehensive narrative. The competition is open to all Walters State students.
