The Rel Maples Institute of
Culinary Arts, located on the Walters State Sevier County Campus, has announced
its Fall Schedule of Events.

offers certificates and degrees for future chefs. Training facilities include a
2,100 square-foot kitchen, a bake shot, a demonstration kitchen and dining
rooms. The Institute was the first in Tennessee to be accredited by the
American Culinary Foundation.

served in the Wilma Maples Mountain Rose Dining Room.
