Ms. WSCC Candidates Announced

Candidates for Ms. WSCC 2012 have been announced. The winner will be crowned during half time of the men’s basketball game Nov. 30 as part of Pride Night activities.

Ms. WSCC is chosen through a student vote (voting begins Oct. 29), an interview and an essay.

This year’s nominees are:

Ashlee Barnholdt, an agriculture major from Morristown, is nominated by the Ag Club. She is the granddaughter of Brenda Goerler and niece of Karen Goerler.

Erin Blaydes, a nursing major from Seymour, is nominated by the Sevier County Ambassadors. She is the daughter of Ron and Donna Blaydes.

Kelly Elkins, a nursing major from Morristown, is nominated by the Baptist Collegiate Ministry. She is the daughter of Bobby and Rose Evans. 

Sheila Grooms, a respiratory therapy major, is nominated by the Respiratory Care Club. She is the daughter of Lawrence and Loretta Grooms. 

Tatum Lambert, an elementary education major from Mohawk, is nominated by the Student Tennessee Education Association. She is the daughter of David and Jennifer Roe.

Brooke Morgan, a chemistry major from Rutledge, is nominated by Phi Theta Kappa. She is the daughter of Gerald and Patty Morgan.

Sierra Noe, a biology major from Talbott, is nominated by the Debate Team. She is the daughter of Randall and SaLisa Noe.

Emily Ribbe, a nursing major from Rogersville, is nominated by the Senators Pages.  She is the daughter of John Ribbe and Bonnie Ribbe.

Holly Woods, a pre-radiography major from Pigeon Forge, is nominated by the Chess Club. She is the daughter of Johnny and Phillis Bohanan.
